Paseo del Mar was given it's official inauguration ceremony yesterday. Sadly no cake and or mariachi. We were warmly greeted by the town leaders and the mayor as we thanked them for the new road.

ROSARITO, Baja California(PH) - The iconic street by the sea, in colonia Villas del Mar, after 40 years of neglect and deterioration, was repaved with reinforced concrete, and fulfilling his promise, was delivered by mayor Javier Robles Aguirre to the community for their enjoyment.

Robles Aguirre, who was accompanied by federal deputy Mayra Robles, city attorney Roberto Perales and councilmen Antonio Serret and Enrique del Razo, among other special guests, said that this a place to come together, for families as well as couples who like to visit and come here for its beautiful beach and the peace if offers its visitors.

The malecón is in service for the enjoyment of the people of Rosarito as well as visitors, especially the many people from Tijuana who come to spend some recreational time in this location.

The mayor noted that this work was very necessary, as the condition of the street was causing serious problems for traffic circulation since the road was practically destroyed. As in all the works done by this municipal government, it has not cost the residents any money, the mayor pointed out.

The residents who attended appeared very pleased with how the project was executed, and it is a bonus for one of the most representative communities in the city.

It should be mentioned that among the special guests was Mariza Cisneros, president of the Grupo Madrugadores, among other personalities.

[Fulano's comment: Fulano is going to let everybody in on a well-kept secret. It was a letter written by Alonso and Woooosh (red circles) to Mayor Robles in the Fall of 2012, asking the city to make a priority of repaving this street that got this project into the 2013 budget and completed. ]

Congratulations!
Elinvestig8r says that on June 8, 2013, Jay Salman who posts on Baja Nomad Off-Topic as JoeJustJoe was too frightened to open his front door after inviting me for coffee. On 1/5/2016, Jihad answered my two questions for legal purposes. Are you inviting me to come over to your house for coffee? And, are you saying I can turn the doorknob of your front door and just walk into your house without knocking first? After he said I could, I went over in the pouring rain and he was again too scared to unlock the door. Needless to say I did not get to have my cup of coffee.

Where o where was Tila the most beloved woman in Rosatito?
Vivo Aztland!

My posts often contain so called satire and parody with supposedly nuggets of truth thrown in; any alleged resemblance to persons living or dead is suppose to be coincidental.
