Roadblocks and more patrols for the Ruta del Vino
After the murder of three people at a Valle de Guadalupe rancho, the kidnapping of a businessman, and another series of crimes on the Ruta del Vino, finally the authorities have decided to start to patrol the area.

Several days ago, police booths have been placed at the main accesses to Francisco Zarco, el Porvenir and el Tigre, but just this last weekend they have placed Mexican army soldiers, ministerial police and state preventative police and municipal police in the area.

Last night, roadblocks were placed to find people with arrest warrants or trafficking in illegal substances or objects.

It should be pointed out, that weeks ago there was a pursuit in the area in which all the authorities participated, including a Navy helicopter, due to the presence of armed persons. However, in spite of the fact one of the people was arrested, a magistrate who had no jurisdiction set the suspect free. This is being investigated by the municipal attorney.
