Two Ruskies arrested in Rosarito pretending to be US police
ROSARITO, Baja California - Two men from Russia were arrested by Rosarito municipal police, after being caught riding in a pick-up equipped with a siren, like the vehicles used by ministerial police.

According to the information from the police, this happened at 11:40AM, when municipal police located a white double-cab pick-up in the Tourist Zone, which met the description of a vehicle reported to be used to commit crimes.

It was reported that the men detained were Andrew Thuesen, 36 years old, and Aleksandrovich Mikhail, 35 years old, both residents of California, who pretended they were American police officers.

It was reported that one of the men arrested was turned over to the Public Minister, charged with pretending to be a police officer, and the other was taken to the National Immigration Institute, as he had a prior record for drug trafficking.
