TIJUANA, Baja California - The president of the Businessman's Coordination Council of Tijuana, Kurt Honold Morales, agreed with the leaders of other business organization that new strategies are need to combat crime.

"In home robberies, in business robberies, we have seen results and the incidence of these crimes has been dropping, but with murders we continue with an upward trend and this is what is seen from outside Mexico. For this reason we are reported in the news as one of the most violent cities," he said.
