Translated by Fulano from an article in AFN Tijuana.

ENSENADA, BC October 19, 2017 – Ensenada Municipal Police Headquarters and the Federal Attorney General reported that during the night and early morning of Thursday there were eight people reported dead and laying on the ground in different parts of Ensenada. All of them had obvious signs of physical violence and were naked.

The Coroner said the bodies were of six men and two women, and were tossed in residential areas, such as the Nueva Ensenada subdivision, another two in Maneadero, and the rest in the Villa Fontana subdivision, El Sauzal, La Esperanza and Vicente Guerrero, south of the city.

For this reason, Mayor Marco Novelo Osuna declared a state of alert and said these homicides are a red light, and it will be necessary for the Gendarmes to remain in the city and the state government must send more police officers.
